Nitish Kumar Takes Oath As Bihar CM For Record 10th Time

Janata Dal (United) Chief Nitish Kumar took oath for the 10th time as the Chief Minister of Bihar this morning. Bihar Governor Arif Mohammed Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy to him. The swearing-in ceremony was held at historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
