Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Jayant Chaudhary today launched Navachar Mantra, a flagship national programme in New Delhi aimed at identifying, mentoring and scaling grassroots innovators. It seeks to provide promising innovators and entrepreneurs with access to mentorship, resources, industry networks and national platforms to help transform innovative ideas into impactful ventures.
The initiative is designed to connect grassroots entrepreneurs with policymakers, industry leaders, investors and sector-specific experts. It will also offer mentorship, visibility through national platforms and opportunities for pilot projects, funding and market expansion.
Mr Chaudhary said that the registrations for Navachar Mantra is live now on the Skill India Digital Hub. The Minister encouraged every aspiring entrepreneur and innovator to participate and take the next step in their journey.
The Minister also interacted with innovators and entrepreneurs from across the country. The interaction focused on innovation, entrepreneurship and the role of support systems in enabling grassroots solutions to scale nationally. The programme is expected to strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem and promote inclusive entrepreneurship by ensuring that talent and ideas from smaller cities and towns receive the recognition and support needed to succeed at the national level.
