The BJP today said that its victory in the recent bypolls has proved that democracy has crushed the attempt of those who want spread anarchy in the country. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi today, BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad said that BJP is not against peaceful protests but the opposition parties are resorting to street protests to compensate for their electoral losses. He also accused the opposition parties of creating hardships to the people of Delhi for the past three to four days through their protests. He also accused the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi of tarnishing the image of constitutional institutions.
