In Jammu and Kashmir, two people were killed and seven others injured after a passenger minibus overturned near the Bakkal Tunnel area of Reasi district on Monday.

Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the Mini Bus, bearing registration number JK14B-2973, was travelling from Bakkal towards Reasi when it overturned on the road near the tunnel. Two people died in the accident, while seven others sustained injuries. Police and rescue teams have reached the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed deep grief over the loss of lives in a tragic road accident in Reasi district. The Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and directed the authorities to ensure the best possible medical care to those injured.
