The S&P 500 and Nasdaq ended on a positive note yesterday after data showing the U.S. services industry growth slowed further in March. However, gains were limited as Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell indicated a cut in interest was still not in sight.
At the closing bell, the S&P 500 rose 0.10 per cent and the Nasdaq Composite jumped 0.20 per cent. On the other hand, The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.1 per cent.
