The Ministry of Civil Aviation said that the Passenger Assistance Control Room has resolved more than 73 thousand grievances and undertaken over 1,600 call-based interventions. Conducting a walkthrough and press interaction for media representatives at the Passenger Assistance Control Room (PACR), the Ministry showcased its functioning and key initiatives aimed at ensuring prompt assistance to air travellers.
