Mortal remains of three Andhra tourists killed in Vietnam boat accident reach Hyderabad

The mortal remains of the three Andhra tourists, who lost their lives in the boat accident in Vietnam reached Hyderabad this morning. Andhra Pradesh MSME Minister K. Srinivas received the bodies at Hyderabad airport. He supervised arrangements for transporting the bodies to the victims’ native places in Machilipatnam, Hindupur and Kadapa. The State Government has said, all necessary assistance has been extended to the bereaved families and the official machinery continues to coordinate the final arrangements. 
 
The mortal remains had reached India last night after the repatriation process was completed and were flown to Hyderabad early this morning. Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu coordinated with the Ministry of External Affairs, the Indian Embassy in Vietnam and Andhra Pradesh Bhavan officials to facilitate the early return of the bodies. 
 
Officials also confirmed that other tourists from state involved in the incident had returned home safely earlier.
