The Manipur State Cabinet has recommended to the Governor of the State Anusuiya Uikey for summoning the 4th Session of the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly on 21st of August.
 
The Opposition Party-Congress and different civil society organisations have been demanding to summon the Assembly Session to discuss the ongoing crisis in the State.
