Union Home Minister Amit Shah began a three-day visit to Mumbai yesterday, during which he will visit the Asiatic Society of Mumbai and attend the sixth Akhil Bharatiya Rajbhasha Sammelan, a conference focused on Hindi.
At the Asiatic Society of Mumbai, the Home Minister will inaugurate a specially curated exhibition of manuscripts titled “Shri Ganesh Dnyanarati”.
He will also visit the library, inspect the work of the manuscript conservation laboratory at the Asiatic Society, and address the gathering.
Today, Mr Shah is scheduled to attend the GJEPC Awards function at the Bharat Diamond Bourse in BKC.
Tomorrow, the Home Minister is scheduled to attend the Rajbhasha Sammelan at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. He is also scheduled to visit Lalbaugcha Raja.
