On the birth anniversary of the great revolutionary Rash Behari Bose, Union Home Minister Amit Shah conveyed his salutations to him. In a social media post, Mr Shah said that Rash Behari Bose, through his extraordinary organisational skills, infused new energy into the freedom struggle.

The Home Minister noted that the revolutionary founded the ‘Azad Hind Fauj’ and the ‘Indian Independence League’ and, through the Ghadar Movement, organised Indians on foreign soil as well, ceaselessly keeping the flame of freedom alight. He further underlined that Rash Behari Bose transformed independence into the unwavering resolve of every person in the country. Mr Shah underlined that the nation will forever remember with reverence the indomitable courage and boundless devotion of the revolutionary to the motherland.
