Union Home Minister Amit Shah has greeted all workers of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad on its Foundation Day. In a social media post, Mr Shah said that, following the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, the organisation has been carrying out the task of organising student power and instilling the spirit of patriotism among the youth.

 

The Home Minister said that whether it was the struggle against the Emergency or the issue of infiltration in the Northeast, the Vidyarthi Parishad has always inspired young people to play a leading role in nation-building. He expressed confidence that the organisation will continue to stand firm in the face of every challenge before the country and motivate the younger generation to keep national interests above all.
