A team from Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India led by Deputy Secretary Ganesh Nagarajan today undertook a detailed review of development projects being implemented in Churachandpur district under the Aspirational District Programme of NITI Aayog.

The Deputy Secretary chaired a comprehensive meeting at DC’s Conference Hall in Churachandpur headquarters, which was attended by the Deputy Commissioner Krishna Kumar, district officials and representatives of various line departments.

The deliberation centred on the progress and achievements across thirty-nine Key Performance Indicators grouped under five socio-economic themes. During the meeting, Shri Nagaranjan directed departments to strengthen inter-departmental coordination for effective execution of the programme and proactively identify gaps and address them through a coordinated approach.
