Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated across Jharkhand today with religious fervour and enthusiasm. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar extended his greetings to the people of the state on the occasion and prayed to Lord Ganesha for happiness, peace and prosperity in everyone’s life and for the removal of all obstacles. He also attended the Ganeshotsav organised at the residence of Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth in Ranchi, where he offered prayers and performed aarti and wished for the happiness, peace and prosperity of the people of the state.

 

Chief Minister Hemant Soren also extended his greetings to the people on Ganesh Chaturthi and prayed to Lord Ganesha to remove all obstacles from their lives and maintain love, peace and mutual harmony in society. Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Babulal Marandi also greeted the people on the occasion and prayed to Lord Ganesha to remove obstacles and bring happiness, peace and prosperity to everyone.
