As part of the Fit India Freedom Run 7.0 initiative, Assam Rifles organised a run in Agartala today under the slogan “Fitness Ki Dose, Aadha Ghanta Roz” (30 minutes of fitness every day).
A total of 218 participants, including women personnel, jawans, family members and children of Assam Rifles, took part in the programme.
According to the Public Relations Officer of Assam Rifles, the initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
