The Fourth India-Netherlands Cyber Dialogue was held in New Delhi, in which the two sides exchanged views on the evolving cyber threat landscape, national strategies and policies, data protection, transnational cybercrime and law enforcement.

The dialogue which began yesterday, was co-chaired by Joint Secretary for Cyber Diplomacy at the Ministry of External Affairs, Amit A. Shukla and Ambassador-at-large for Cyber Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Ernst Noorman. During the meeting, they discussed cooperation in multilateral fora, including the latest developments on these issues at the United Nations, including the UN Convention against Cybercrime and AI Governance.

The meeting also focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in cyber matters and continuing engagement on joint capacity-building and training initiatives. Both sides reviewed avenues for collaboration on the protection of critical information infrastructure and supply chain vulnerability. The meeting also took forward the discussions held in the field of cyber and digital technologies in line with the Roadmap of India-Netherlands Strategic Partnership- 2026-2030. The Roadmap was released during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Netherlands last month.
