Prince Rahim Aga Khan V will be on a visit to India from today till the 15th of this month at the invitation of the Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan. He will hold talks with the Vice President tomorrow. During his stay in New Delhi, the Aga Khan will also call on the President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He will also meet Home Minister Amit Shah and External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar. 

 

External Affairs Ministry said that as part of the visit, the visiting dignitary is also scheduled to travel to Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Hyderabad, where Aga Khan Development Network is involved in various development and community initiatives. This is the first visit of Prince Rahim Aga Khan V to India since his accession as the 50th Imam of the Ismaili community.
