The Third G20 Sherpas meeting that began in Hampi yesterday in Karnataka will deliberate on the draft G20 Leaders Declaration today. The deliberations began with the Sofa talk in the morning where the members presented their views on varied subjects under consideration. Thereafter two drafting sessions are in progress now to come on common ground to prepare the draft G20 Leaders Declaration. In the evening the delegates will be taken on a guided tour of Hampi monuments. They will be visiting the Vijaya Vittala temple complex where the famous stone chariot is situated.
They will also visit Mahanavami Dibba which is considered a pedestal for kings to view festivities during the Dasara festival. The delegates will also visit Lotus mahal and elephant stables. Later in the evening, the delegates will be treated with traditional dance and music. As part of the arrangements, the delegates are provided Kurta and Kurtis to be worn during the excursion.
