A week-long “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign culminated in a grand and vibrant closing ceremony at Chandigarh last evening. The ceremony served as a fitting finale, celebrating the National Flag while reflecting the collective pride, progress and aspirations of a modern India.
The spectacular Light, Laser and Sound Show, specially curated around the theme of “Vande Mataram” and the recent accomplishments of modern India, stole the hearts of hundreds of those present there. The enthusiasm of the citizens who came to be part of the concluding ceremony reinforced the message of national unity, patriotism and pride in the Tiranga.
Punjab Governor and Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh, Gulab Chand Kataria, was the Chief Guest of the ceremony. The Bike and Vintage Car Rally, musical and dance performances reflecting the country’s rich heritage, unity and national pride, presentation of weapons and drone displays by the Indian Army and ITBP and the dog show were some other major highlights of the concluding ceremony.
