Vice President C P Radhakrishnan has expressed grief over the demise of Ummidi Ethiraj.

In a social media post, the Vice President said that his efforts in crafting the historic Sengol, a sacred symbol of India’s civilisational heritage, will always be remembered with respect and gratitude.

Further, Mr Radhakrishnan underlined that his invaluable contribution to preserving India’s rich tradition of jewellery craftsmanship leaves behind an enduring legacy. He also shared condolences to his family and loved ones.
