Vice President CP Radhakrishnan today visited several historic sites on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Island during his visit to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

He visited the building where Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose stayed during his historic visit to the Andaman Islands in December 1943. He also visited the church, troops’ barracks, Gun Point area and the Smritika Museum. The Vice President was briefed on the rich history of the islands and plans for their future development.
