Vice President CP Radhakrishnan today expressed grief at the loss of life due to the tragic road accident in Nanded, Maharashtra. In a social media post, Mr Radhakrishnan extended condolences to the bereaved families in this hour of grief and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the death of individuals during a road accident in Nanded, Maharashtra, yesterday. He announced an ex-gratia of two lakh rupees to the next of kin of each deceased and 50 thousand rupees for each injured. Mr Modi conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
