Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today said that if anyone is found guilty in the alleged misappropriation of Ram Temple donations, strict action will be taken irrespective of their position. He said the truth would be established within 15 days through the SIT probe and appealed to people not to make statements that could hurt the sentiments of Ram devotees before the report is submitted. He urged anyone possessing documentary evidence to submit it to the SIT.

 

Addressing a gathering after inaugurating and laying foundation stones for 126 development projects worth over 378 crore rupees in Rudauli, the Chief Minister criticised the Samajwadi Party and Congress over the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra issue. He said the SIT was constituted at the request of the Trust after reports emerged in the media. Mr Adityanath urged people not to be misled by attempts to defame Ayodhya and the Ram Janmabhoomi.
