Several Union Ministers today hoisted the national flag at their residences in the National Capital on the occasion of 80th Independence Day. These include Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Education Minister Pralhad Joshi and Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla also hoisted the tricolour on the occasion.
BJP National President Nitin Nabin today hoisted the national flag at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi, on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day. Mr Nabin also paid homage to the brave freedom fighters and reverently remembered their immortal sacrifices.
Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge also hoisted the national flag at the party headquarter.
