Union Minister Sanjay Seth and an MP from Jharkhand alleged serious irregularities in the recruitment process for the Jharkhand Public Service Commission examination, claiming that deserving candidates were denied selection while candidates with significantly lower marks were selected.

 

Talking to Akashvani News, he criticised the Jharkhand Government and said that no state government representative had met the protesting students despite the ongoing agitation.

 

BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal has submitted a notice to the Lok Sabha Privileges Committee alleging a breach of privilege by Independent MP Pappu Yadav in the Parliament premises. Talking to reporters at the Parliament Premises, Mr Jaiswal alleged that Mr Yadav also violated Article 25 of the Constitution, which guarantees freedom of religion.
