Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, today chaired a review meeting with the Bureau of Indian Standards to assess preparations for the upcoming BRICS Heads of National Standardization Bodies Meeting. The event is scheduled to be held in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In a social media post, the Minister noted that during the meeting he emphasised for the seamless coordination, efficient execution and meticulous planning to ensure the successful conduct of the international meeting and to further strengthen collaboration among BRICS nations in the field of standardization.
