Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said that flagship infrastructure projects, including the 14-kilometre Zojila Tunnel, 36 tunnels on the Jammu-Srinagar corridor, the Kedarnath Ropeway, and enhanced road connectivity from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, are strengthening connectivity and accelerating the country’s development.

Addressing the Viksit Bharat Conclave in New Delhi, Union Minister highlighted the government’s focus on infrastructure-led growth and said that governance must be rooted in nation-building. He added that politics should serve as an instrument of socio-economic transformation.
