Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia says students’ interests are government’s top priority

Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said students’ interests are the government’s top priority and that anyone who harms their future will face strict action. Addressing a gathering in Gwalior, Mr Scindia said students are the future of the country and their welfare is important for the Prime Minister, the government and the nation. He said irregularities had taken place in the NEET paper leak case and action is being taken on the directions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mr Scindia said fast-track courts will be set up across the country to ensure speedy punishment for those found guilty. He added that students work hard day and night not only for their own future but also for the nation’s progress, and protecting their interests is the responsibility of every government.
