Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has criticised the Congress for calling a rally today, which coincides with the 42nd anniversary of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. Addressing the media in New Delhi, Mr Puri questioned the intention of the Congress in holding a rally on a sensitive day for the Sikh community. He also expressed concern that today’s rally will disrupt the pre-Diwali market across the Chandni Chowk area.
