Union Minister Amit Shah presents Rajbhasha Gaurav, Rajbhasha Kirti Awards 2025-26 in Navi Mumbai

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah today presented the ‘Rajbhasha Gaurav’ and ‘Rajbhasha Kirti’ Awards 2025-26 at the 6th All India Official Language Conference in Navi Mumbai today. He is also scheduled to address the inaugural session of Hindi Diwas 2026 in a short while. 
 
The two-day All India Official Language Conference is being organised in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, by the Department of Official Language under the Ministry of Home Affairs. The conference aims to highlight the relationship between Hindi and Maharashtra’s rich linguistic, cultural and literary traditions.
 
An exhibition featuring stalls by various institutions, organisations, banks and ministries is also being organised. A key attraction of this year’s conference will be a discussion centred on the National Song ‘Vande Mataram’. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar, several Members of Parliament, scholars, litterateurs, educationists and senior officials are present at the conference.
