In West Bengal, two persons died in a road accident at Takvar in Darjeeling yesterday. As per the police, two persons from Alipurduar came to visit Darjeeling driving a motorbike.

While going to Jamuney, a famous tourist place, the biker lost control and hit a local person, who was walking on road. While the pillion rider died on the spot, the biker and the local person suffered serious injuries. The injured were rushed to Darjeeling District Hospital. The local person succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
