Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu has emphasised the importance of character building, value-based education and the overall development of students. He was speaking at a cultural programme and Indigenous Baul Festival in Sepahijala district today. The Governor urged students to maintain discipline, respect their elders, value time and exercise self-control in challenging situations. He also encouraged students from rural areas to avoid distractions, including excessive mobile phone use, and remain focused on achieving their goals. Tribal Welfare Minister Bikash Debbarma and other dignitaries attended the programme.
