Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has announced that the state government has allotted 30 acres of land in Sekerkote for a new cricket academy. Speaking at the Tripura Cricket Association’s annual award ceremony at Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan, he presented awards to various tournament winners and praised efforts to boost local cricket infrastructure. During the event, Duleep Trophy-winning East Zone cricketer Abhijit Sarkar was also felicitated.
