In Tamil Nadu, opposition leader Udhayanidhi Stalin has been released on bail after interrogation at the Chengipatti Police Station after being arrested in Chennai this morning on complaints of indecent remarks in his speech. The complaint was filed at Thanjavur East police Station. He was booked under nine sections of which two were criminal charges. According to the directive of the Madras High Court he has been freed after completion of inquiry.
