Two people drown in Ranjit Sagar Dam in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, two youths drowned in Ranjit Sagar Dam in the Basholi area of the Kathua district of Jammu division while taking a bath in the dam yesterday. AIR Correspondent reports that four youths had come from neighbouring Dalhousie town of Himachal Pradesh for a picnic, and were taking a bath in the dam.  However, two drowned in the dam due to the strong water current.
