Torrential rain triggers flash flood in Leh, Ladakh

In Ladakh, torrential rain has triggered flash flood in Leh town last night. Both Civil authorities and Defence Personnel have started clearance of mudslides. IMD, Ladakh has forcast that the weather will be generally cloudy today at most part of Ladakh today. It also predicted, light to moderate rain at scattered places.
