Heralding celebrations associated with Onam festival in Kerala, the Aththachamayam procession was held at Thripunithura near Kochi this morning. The event marks the beginning of the ten-day Onam festivities in the State. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated the event.
