India’s Lokesh Subramani won the boys’ Under-17 title at the Malaysia Squash Junior Open, beating local challenger Muhammad Ifwat Zulkifli in straight games in the final in Kuala Lumpur today. Lokesh, seeded second, defeated his opponent 11-6, 11-2, 11-8.
Aadya Budhia and Aryaman Singh reached the semifinals in the Under-17 girls’ and boys’ categories, while Divyanshi Jain in Under-13 girls category, Avisha Agarwal in the Under-11 girls’ category, and Shravin Jain in Under-19 boys category made it to the quarterfinals.
