Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya today interacted with MY Bharat-NSS volunteers during the Independence Day celebrations in New Delhi. Addressing the volunteers, Dr Mandaviya appreciated their contribution towards social service and encouraged them to actively participate in initiatives aimed at building a Viksit Bharat. He emphasised that the energy, commitment and innovative ideas of young people are essential for achieving the vision of a developed and self-reliant India.
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports said that the programme also provided a platform for volunteers to share their experiences, ideas and aspirations. The interaction reaffirmed the commitment of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports to provide meaningful opportunities for youth participation and leadership in nation-building. Around 500 students participated in the event, showcasing patriotism, national unity and collective participation.
