Some parts of the national capital covering South and South-East Delhi have witnessed light rainfall and gusty winds this afternoon. India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that isolated heavy rainfall is very likely over Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh during next five days. It said, intense spell of rainfall likely to continue over south Peninsular India and north Maharashtra till sixth of this month.

The weather agency further stated that isolated heavy to very heavy falls very likely over South and some parts Northeast India including Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Manipur during next three days.
