Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth will inaugurate VISV-2026: Vision, Innovation, Synergy, Values in New Delhi tomorrow.
The event is being organised by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in collaboration with the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies. The theme of the event is ‘Showcasing Defence Capabilities, Strengthening Global Partnerships.’
The event aims to showcase India’s indigenous defence technology capabilities and strengthen engagement with friendly partner nations.
It will bring together representatives of the defence establishment, industry, academia and the diplomatic community to familiarise international partners with India’s advances in defence research, development and production.
The Defence Ministry said that the event will also provide a platform to explore avenues for technology-led cooperation and strategic partnerships. The Ministry added that through VISV-2026, DRDO seeks to advance technological self-reliance and strengthen international defence partnerships through innovation, dialogue and cooperation.
