Olympic silver medallist Ravi Dahiya was knocked out of the Asian Games Wrestling Trials by unheralded Atish Todkar 20-8 in a 57-kg bout at the Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday. Todkar began the bout trailing Dahiya 4-6 but bounced back splendidly to extend the lead to an eventually unassailable 20-8. He consistently dodged Dahiya by moving swiftly from under his arms to move back for takedown moves.
