Rajya Sabha MP Tai Tagak attended the 9th Rashtriya Poshan Maah programme at Wakka, the first village of India near the Indo-Myanmar border in Longding district. Tagak felicitated the Anganwadi Worker and ASHA Didi of Wakka for their contribution to community welfare and grassroots healthcare.
Tagak said the initiative reflects a commitment to strengthening grassroots welfare and recognising the dedicated services of Anganwadi workers and the community. Pongchau-Wakka MLA Honchun Ngandam, Longding Deputy Commissioner Kunal Yadav, ZPC Lohpong Wangham and others were present at the programme.
