In Punjab’s Jalandhar, preparations are under way for the upcoming visit of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on July 17th. The visit will be marked by the inauguration of Jalandhar Cantonment railway station along with virtual inauguration of 74 other redeveloped railway stations under Amrit Bharat Station scheme.

 

The Prime Minister is also scheduled to flag off the Sant Ravidas Express, a new train connecting Amritsar with Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh.
