Polish Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński today said that police have arrested a man who allegedly threatened to attack Prime Minister Donald Tusk and was planning an assault against him. The Minister did not disclose the suspect’s identity or provide details of the alleged plot. The arrest came after Polish police received information about a possible plot targeting Prime Minister Tusk and Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
Poland remains on high alert following a series of stabbing incidents at schools this week. The incidents come amid growing concerns about a possible alleged Russian hybrid attack aimed at undermining Western support for Ukraine.
