Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with other SCO leaders, participated in the official opening ceremony of the 6th World Nomad Games in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, last evening. The biennial event celebrates the rich sporting traditions, culture and heritage of nomadic civilisations, bringing together countries in a vibrant celebration of their shared culture.

Earlier, Prime Minister Modi held bilateral meetings with leaders of Russia, Iran, the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit. The Prime Minister will address the 26th Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit today.
