PM Modi to inaugurate ₹7,000 cr development projects in Prayagraj to provide seamless connectivity ahead of Mahakumbh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Sangam Nagri Prayagraj today where Mahakumbh projects worth around rupees 7,000 crores will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a short while from now. PM will formally inaugurate the Mahakumbh-2025 which will officially start on 13 January next year.

 

PM Narendra Modi reached Prayagraj this afternoon and performed pooja and darshan at Sangam Nose, Akshay Vata Vriksh, Hanuman Mandir and Saraswati Koop. He undertook a cruise journey to Sangam area to see the arrangements of the Kumbh. The cruise services will be available to devotees this Kumbh.The 

 

PM also undertook a walkthrough of the Mahakumbh exhibition site.

 

Thereafter, in a short while, he will inaugurate and launch multiple development projects worth around Rs 7000 crores. It will include various rail and road projects like 10 new Road Over Bridges (RoBs) or flyovers, permanent Ghats and riverfront roads, among others, to boost infrastructure and provide seamless connectivity in Prayagraj.

 

Prime Minister will also inaugurate major temple corridors which will include the Bharadwaj Ashram Corridor, Shringverpur Dham Corridor, Akshayvat Corridor, and Hanuman Mandir Corridor among others.

 

PM will also address a rally at the Kumbh Mela area.
