PM Modi to flag off country’s first hydrogen train from Haryana on July 17

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the country’s first hydrogen train from Jind on July 17. This pollution-free, eco-friendly train will operate between Jind and Sonipat.
 
Mr Modi will also inaugurate the redeveloped Jind railway station and a medical college under the Amrit Bharat Railway Station Scheme. Additionally, he will dedicate an elevated railway track and a renovated railway station in Kurukshetra to the nation and lay the foundation stone for a Sikh museum in Kurukshetra.
 
Under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate four railway stations  Mohali, Amb Andaura, Anandpur Sahib, and Kalka  in the Ambala Division.
Later in the afternoon, Mr Modi will also inaugurate various infrastructure projects at the Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh before moving to Jalandhar in Punjab.
