Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his pain over the bus mishap in Buldhana, Maharashtra. In a tweet, he extended his thoughts and prayers to the families of the deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. The Prime Minister assured that the local administration is providing all necessary assistance to those affected by the incident. Mr Modi also announced an ex-gratia of two lakh rupees from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund to the next of kin of the deceased and 50 thousand rupees to the injured individuals.
