In Pakistan, 15 people, including women and children of a family, died after a three-wheeler vehicle fell into a canal due to over-speeding in Punjab province. The vehicle was carrying 26 wedding guests when it fell into the canal at Kot Addu in Muzaffargarh district of Punjab yesterday. A rescue operation was launched after three people swam through the canal and alerted the authorities. Police said, yesterday 12 bodies were recovered from the canal. Three more bodies were recovered today, taking the toll to 15.
