Rain warnings continue in all districts of Keralam today as well. An orange alert has been issued in seven districts. Akashvani correspondent reports that rain warnings have continued in all districts of the state for more than seven days. Today, orange alert, indicating the possibility of isolated very heavy rainfall, has been declared in the Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Kottayam, Alappuzha and Pathanamthitta districts. A yellow alert is in force in all the other districts. Winds with speeds of up to 50 kilometres per hour are also likely in Keralam and Lakshadweep. Moderate rainfall has been occurring across all districts of the state since midnight.
